This piece is a journey for the eyes, different places of focus to create depth for the viewer to move through. Traveling up the arching seaweed in the foreground, the golden seaweeds floating, onto the seaweed bed behind, over deployed globes through to the turquoise yonder beyond, up and along the undulating ribbons reflecting, the moving mirror of the underwater world below.
The colours dance, yellow alight within the turquoise, green and blue; the darkness contrasting. There is something satisfying about the colours of this liquid universe, for me they produce a sense of peace and happiness.
